Initial Consultation $100
The initial 2 hour
consultation consists of a meeting between "A A Berry Special Event" consultant and
the clients and any others who may be assisting them in making decisions. At
this meeting we will discuss the type of services available through your
consultant, offer budgeting guidance, answer any questions and get your
planning started in the right direction. The consultant will provide you
with a planning worksheets and what we offer in our All-In-One service. Even
if you don't plan to hire a consultant, this is a good opportunity to share
ideas with a planning professional and receive valuable input regarding your
event. If you book your consultation fee is applied towards your package.
(Travel charges will apply to events outside the greater Sacramento area)

You let us search through countless ceremony sites in the Sacramento area to
come up with the perfect sites that best match your style, personality,
specifications and budget.

Non-contracted
Coordination services only. Consultations on planning your event.
Occasionally, Clients may need help "getting started." On a consultation
basis, we can sit down with you to help you in your planning. We can also
put together a complete "event plan" for you and give it to you so that you
can follow the details throughout the day.

Additional Coordination Hostess...................$200.00 per hostess Per

Our Full-Service, Day-Of-Coordination, allows for one primary coordinator
and one assistant to attend your event if you have a lot or detailed work
and labor needed at your event. However, sometimes weddings can be involved
with many different events and it will be necessary to bring in an extra
pair of hands for the more detailed wedding and events.

Reserving Our
Service
Day-Of-Coordination
payments are made in 2 payments. 1/3 of Full Wedding package is due when
booking. Payments are made in three installments. A payment plan will be
created for you upon signing the contract. If your event date is less than
30 days your contract must be finalized immediately and paid in full before
we can provide any service. If you are booking A La Cart service full
payment is due when you sign your contract. Payment for this service can
only be paid in cash, check or money order. We do not accept credit card
payments for Coordination service. All other service can be paid with a
credit card.*All Fees are non-refundable if canceled. Please be sure before
you book any service.
